Barq is provided by Gypsy Trading for Export (جيبسي للتجارة والتصدير ومنتجات الملابس), Egypt, to clothing shops on a monthly subscription.
The shop is responsible for its products, prices, stock and for fulfilling orders. Barq's AI answers using the information the shop provides and may make mistakes; the shop can review and take over any conversation.
The shop confirms it owns or has the right to use the content it connects to Barq.
Shops must use Barq in line with Meta's Platform Terms and must not use it for spam or unsolicited messages.
Either side can stop the service at any time; the shop can disconnect its accounts at any time.
Barq is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the last month.
